Sunil Dhadwe

MD and CEO

Sunil Dhadwe is a founder director of the company. He is passionate about training, because of his unique teaching style he is loved by his students. He is double post graduate in IT. He completed his Bachelors in Computer Science from Pune University and then he started working as a Programmer in a small company to get real experience.

At the same time he was guiding computer Science students in college lab where he developed his interest in teaching. Though he was very good in Programming and was passionate about it, he realized that developing programmers is much more challenging than writing programs. Many IT companies were struggling to get quality man power. So with this intention he left software development company and turned to training as a career. Along with his Masters he started his coaching classes for undergraduate computer science students. To learn latest technologies he successfully completed post graduate Diploma in Advance Computing (DAC) from CDAC-ACTS-Pune which helped him a lot in training his students. To remain pioneer in his field he believes in continuous learning. As part of which he completed certificate course in Bioinformatics from IIT-Bombay and technical writing course from Pune University. Recently he completed Masters in Business and IT from University of Melbourne, Australia with the intention of expanding his business internationally.

He has been working mainly as a trainer since 1995 and accumulated 15 years of experience in handling training business. He has trained more than 10,000 students since he started training as a career. Most of his students are well settled in IT companies worldwide and successful in their career.

Being an entrepreneur, he is currently directing and consulting Sun Online Solutions, Sun Computer Education and Institute of Emerging Technologies. In the past he headed as a Pune regional manager for BioInformatics Institute of India, principal of Sun IT school and principal of backlog college.

Namita Dhadwe

She is Computer Science Engineer from Pune University and currently working in Australia in the field of Software. She started her career with Decos Software (Netherlands based IT company) from their Pune office and then joined Infosys Technologies(India). After working with Infosys with Microsoft as a client for more than 2 years, she migrated to Australia. She worked with Open Networks (Melbourne, Australia) for 2 years. Though she is currently placed in Melbourne, she is guiding development division of Sun Online Solutions.

Deepali Jadhav:

She is Master of Computer Management from Pune University and possess skills of management and administration. She has 6+ years experience in the same area for SME’s and has supported Sun Online Solutions company since it was founded.
